My practice sits at the intersection of design-led research and strategic innovation. Having started my career as a UX Designer, I have a deep appreciation for design and an in-depth understanding of how to translate key research findings into actionable design interventions. I've been fortunate to work in a diversity of spaces, both in-house and as a consultant, but regardless of my role I always bring a human-centered approach to the planning and development of user-friendly products and services. More than anything else, I believe close cross-disciplinary collaboration and an iterative approach to design leads to the most successful products.
